Services & pricing

What I help with, and what it costs.

Expert, in-home help in plain English, with clear, flat prices quoted before I start. The same service whether you book a single visit or join as a member.

  • Upfront, flat price

You'll know the full price before I start. No surprises, no running meter.

  • Solved, or it's free

If I don't solve your problem, you don't pay. Simple as that.

  • Fully insured

General liability insurance in place. Happy to show proof on request.

  • Plain English, and you stay in control

I tell you what I'm doing and why, so you understand your own setup instead of just nodding along.

  • A second set of expert eyes

Not sure an email or call is legit? Send me a photo before you act and get a quick expert read.

What I can help with

Any of this can be a single visit, or covered by your membership.

  • Printers, scanners, and devices that won't connect
  • Email, online accounts, phones, and tablets
  • Virus, malware, and scam cleanup
  • New computer, laptop, or tablet setup, moved over from your old one
  • Account and network security: strong passwords, two-factor, and locking things down
  • Backups set up so you never lose your photos or files
  • TV, streaming, and home-theater setup
  • Whole-home Wi-Fi and mesh networks that reach every room
  • Smart-home setup and automations: cameras, doorbells, locks, thermostats, and speakers
  • The tricky problem no one else could figure out

What I don't do

  • Cracked screen repair
  • Component replacement
  • Liquid damage repair
  • Recovering data from failed drives

If that's what you need, I'll tell you honestly and point you to a trusted repair shop. No charge for telling you the truth.

What it costs

Two ways to get the same help: pay as you go, or have someone on call.

Start here

A single visit

The simple, no-commitment way to get help.

$99 flat for your visit, quoted before I start.

By the time I leave, the problem is solved and you understand exactly what I changed. Or you don’t pay.

  • Most visits are one flat price. If a job needs more time, I'll quote a flat price for it and get your okay before continuing, never an open meter.
  • Pay-as-you-go. No contract, no subscription.
  • Roughly half the price of a big-box in-home visit. Fair, not cheap, not gouging.
  • Standard booking within 2 business days.

For the regulars

Founding Membership

Your on-call tech person, all year.

If you only need help once in a while, the single visit is perfectly fine and I'll point you there. But if you'd like someone who already knows your setup, a quick text away whenever something looks off, this is the easy choice.

$29 per month

Join before August 31, 2026 to lock the founding rate of $29 a month, for as long as you're a member.

Month-to-month. Cancel anytime by phone, text, or email, no fee. Your founding rate stays locked as long as your membership is active.

Year-round backup: someone who already knows you and your setup, a quick text away, plus an expert to check anything that looks off before you act.

What members get on top of a visit:

  • Unlimited quick help. By phone or text during business hours, including scam-checks. Always free for members.
  • Member visit pricing. A flat $59 instead of $99, and $40 off every visit, including bigger flat-quoted jobs.
  • Priority scheduling. You go to the front of the line.
  • A written recap after every visit. Plain-English notes on what I changed and how it works, yours to keep. Want me to copy a family member too? I'd be happy to.
  • Someone who already knows your setup. No starting from scratch each visit. I already know you, your devices, and your network.
Is it worth it?

It's less about the math and more about peace of mind. For $29 a month you get a tech person in the family: someone a quick text away when something looks off, scam-checks whenever you're unsure, and member pricing on every visit. If you'd rather just call once in a while, the $99 visit is perfectly good and I'll point you there, no hard feelings. But if you'd sleep easier knowing help is one message away, that's what the membership is for.

Either way, you're covered

Solved, or it's free.

If I don't solve your problem, you don't pay for the visit. And if the same problem comes back within 14 days, I come back and fix it free. No fine print, no arguments.

Common questions

What if you can’t fix it?

Solved, or it's free. If a visit makes no progress, you don't pay. Any replacement parts or hardware, if needed, are separate and always discussed first.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No. Visits are pay-as-you-go. The membership is month-to-month, cancel anytime, no fee.

Is the membership worth it for me?

It's for people who'd like someone on call all year, a text away when something looks off. For the occasional one-off fix, the $99 visit works fine, and I'll never talk you into a plan you won't use.

Are you insured?

I carry general liability insurance. Happy to share proof on request.

How fast can you come out?

Standard booking within 2 business days; members get priority.

Can I get a second opinion on a suspicious email or call?

Yes. Members can call or text a photo of anything that looks off and get a quick expert read before acting on it. A second set of eyes is the best protection.

How do I pay?

Card, check, or cash; card payments via Square. The price is always quoted first.

I serve Dade City, Zephyrhills, surrounding Pasco County, roughly within an hour's drive.

Card, check, or cash; card payments are handled securely by Square, and your card number isn't stored. The price is always quoted before any work begins.
