A single visit

The simple, no-commitment way to get help.

$99 flat for the first hour, quoted before I start.

By the time I leave, the problem is solved and you understand exactly what I changed. Or you don’t pay.

  • $75/hour after the first hour, only if needed and always discussed first.
  • Pay-as-you-go. No contract, no subscription.
  • Roughly half the price of a big-box in-home visit. Fair, not cheap, not gouging.
  • Standard booking within 2 business days.

Year-round option

“Always-on” membership

For people who'd rather have someone on call all year.

Most people don't need this. If you only need an occasional fix, the single visit is the better choice, and I'll point you there.

$45 per month

Month-to-month. Cancel anytime by phone, text, or email. No fee, no hassle.

Year-round backup: someone who already knows you and your setup, a quick text away, plus an expert to check anything that looks off before you act.

What members get on top of a visit:

  • Unlimited quick questions. By phone or text during business hours, including scam-checks. Always free for members; anything hands-on is booked at the lower member rate.
  • A free yearly Tech Checkup. Updates, security, backups, and cleanup. A $99 value, included.
  • Half-off visits. A flat $49 instead of $99. Save $50 every visit.
  • Priority scheduling. Members go to the front of the line.
  • A written recap after each visit. Plain-English notes on what I changed and how it works, yours to keep. Want me to copy a family member too? Just say so.
  • A welcome kit. A personalized reference sheet for your exact devices and network, plus a magnet with my direct number. Yours to keep.
Is it worth it?

Here's the honest math: $45/month is $540/year. The free yearly checkup alone is a $99 value, and every visit you need is half off at $49. If you'd call even a few times a year, the membership more than pays for itself, and the unlimited quick questions and scam-checks come free on top. If you only need help once in a while, skip it and book the $99 visit. Either way, I'll help you choose the one that fits.

If I don't solve your problem, you don't pay for the visit. And if the same problem comes back within 14 days, I come back and fix it free. No fine print, no arguments.

What if you can’t fix it?

Solved, or it's free. If a visit makes no progress, you don't pay. Any replacement parts or hardware, if needed, are separate and always discussed first.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No. Visits are pay-as-you-go. The membership is month-to-month, cancel anytime, no fee.

Is the membership worth it for me?

Only if you have ongoing questions or want someone on call. For an occasional fix, the $99 visit is the better deal, and I won't talk you into a plan you won't use.

Are you insured and background-checked?

I carry general liability insurance, and my background check is in progress. Happy to share proof of both on request.

How fast can you come out?

Standard booking within 2 business days; members get priority.

Can I get a second opinion on a suspicious email or call?

Yes. Members can call or text a photo of anything that looks off and get a quick expert read before acting on it. A second set of eyes is the best protection.

How do I pay?

Card, check, or cash; card payments via Square. The price is always quoted first.
